Steve Sipes to sing with the Sarasota Pops Orchestra
NEWS! Just posted on the Sarasota Pops Orchestra website - Soloist Steve Sipes in February 2014. This is so exciting for me. The orchestra does a really great job producing great music in our area of the world, led by the talented and creative director Robyn Wylkes. I will be performing some of my favorite songs in the world, songs written by Paul McCartney, Bill Withers, Paul Simon and others!

OH THE SWEETNESS ... MCS Band Slam gig!
THIS SATURDAY - Paradigm Shift including Will Scott on git-fiddle and moanings, and Madison Peters on beat box skins. Our music could be described as good time rock meets fun time ... rock. 70s, 80s, 90s, ... last year. Trying to avoid most standard songs that everyone else plays, instead churning out songs that you really do want to hear again (even guilty pleasures!) ... "oh yeah, I rememeber that song, yeah! ... and somebody's actually playing it live! Cool!"
SUNDAY, I'll be rocking the keytar with Matthew Facciola Band - rocking it! Matthew's original music is really good - good lyrics, good melodies, good meanings, good vibe, good times... and the band is made up of some smokin' musicians! A lot of energy on stage and a lot of fun!

Saturday 10-2 ... Paradigm Shift on the pier by the Riverhouse Restaurant
Sunday 5 PM ... Matthew Facciola Band on the stage by the boat ramp

A good time was had by all, Steve Sipes playing keys and siginging at the Cock & Bull in Sarasota, with Madison Peters on drums. Later the Justin Layman Band played and sounded SO sweet!
